LA CASA DE LA PUERTA VERDE

The Casa de la Puerta Verde or “House with The Green Door” is situated on a friendly, residential street, half an hour's walk from the beach.

It is a typical 3 storey construction, nearly 300 years old. We've restored it for practical living, but maintained its distinctive spirit and traditional features. You can still see the original beams, shutters and cupboards and, via the tool cupboard, the "pit" under the floor where previous generations trod grapes.

Now the ground floor consists of a spacious entrance hall, a large kitchen-dining room, a scullery and a family bathroom. On the first floor are three bedrooms, one with two single beds and two with double beds. The double bedroom overlooking the garden has an en suite toilet and washbasin.

The attic is currently used for drying clothes in wet weather.
